The Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all products marketed by Pept World are intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research purposes and are not approved or intended for human, veterinary, clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.

By placing an order, the Buyer assumes full and exclusive responsibility for the handling, storage, reconstitution, use, and final destination of the purchased products.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pept World, as well as its owners, directors, officers, employees, partners, and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• Improper, illegal, or non-compliant use of the products;

• Failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or standards;

• Use outside the exclusive scope of scientific research;

• Improper reconstitution, handling, or storage;

• Third-party claims related to the use or redistribution of the products.

Pept World shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the improper or unauthorized use of the products.

This indemnification clause shall remain in full force and effect regardless of the suspension, termination, resolution, or expiration of the contractual relationship between the Buyer and Pept World.

By proceeding with the purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms of this disclaimer.
